What Happens in a 1:1 Session?

If you've ever wanted someone to just sit with you—not fix you, not judge you, not rush you—then you're in the right place. That's exactly what these 30-minute 1:1 sessions are about. They’re not therapy, and they’re not performance reviews. If you’re a woman or a non-binary person, and you need someone to talk to, these sessions are for you.

After living through a magnitude of stress, anxiety, and needless expectations, I realised all I wanted was someone to talk to without having to worry about how they perceived me. I want to offer that same support to you. You can relax and untangle a bit of what’s on your heart.
Here’s what you can expect:
A gentle, calm video call—just you and me (through Google Meet, for your privacy)
No need to prepare or explain everything
A space to explore how you're feeling
Simple prompts if you're not sure where to start
Emotional support, perspective, and a reminder that you're not alone
