Here’s what you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements:

🛍️ Physical Products (Printful)

All physical items are made-to-order, which means they’re printed just for you. For this reason, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for things like:

Wrong size ordered
Changed your mind
Colour preference

However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll help you arrange a replacement.

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
