This website is owned and operated by This Is Also Home (sole proprietorship). By browsing, booking, purchasing, or interacting with any part of this site, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Services Offered

This site offers:

Gentle 1:1 support sessions (free to book)
Digital guides (instant downloads)
Physical merch (fulfilled by Printful)

I reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue any service or product at any time. I’ll always try to give notice where possible.

3. Your Info

Please make sure any information you provide (e.g. email, shipping address) is accurate and up to date. You can read more on how your data is used in my Privacy Policy.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party services like Ko-fi, Stripe, and PayPal. I do not directly store or process your card information.

5. Digital Products

PDF guides and other digital resources are delivered automatically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final—unless there’s a technical issue with your file, in which case I’ll happily help resolve it.

6. Physical Products (Printful Merch)

Physical products are printed and shipped by Printful. Please allow for production and delivery times as stated in the Shipping Policy.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Returns and exchanges for sizing/preferences aren’t available at this time, since each piece is printed to order.

7. Support Sessions

Support sessions are available to book on a flexible basis.

They are offered in good faith, and I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if needed (life happens!). You can do the same—just let me know if something comes up.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including blog posts, digital downloads, graphics, and branding—is owned by This Is Also Home unless otherwise credited.

Please don’t reuse, copy, or republish content without written permission. I’m always open to collaborations—just ask!

9. Kindness Clause

This space is built on trust, care, and shared humanity. I reserve the right to block or refuse service to anyone engaging in harmful, abusive, or exploitative behaviour.
